Great work. I'm not sure if the Ubisoft version of the game uses MDT files, but you might be able to edit those other names using the MDT tool by Theif187 which is included in the RE4UHD 2018 toolsetHappy Modding!

Im so glad this all worked out for you. No, I did not create these tools. They were created by Son of Persia, and the MDT tool was created by Thief187
