Do Ada and other characters have partial flesh bodies under their clothes? Like if I wanted to make an Ada mod where she's wearing shorts with flesh legs, would I have to give her new legs?

Ada has complete legs to the waist, the nylons is just a texture. Other characters depend, for example, Annette, as far as I know she doesn't have legs under her pants.

No, the part referring to Ada's legs is where the nylon texture is, you would have to make edits to leave it in the color of her skin.
