These are made using the ps4 version of the game by taking a screenshot from my playstation account and I made them darker as for the dualshock-4-buttons they are from the website that is copyright free.

linking them down below of them both so you can see what I used as a base. Nothing that has to do with assests from your mod. I made each item just from my screen shot.

Are the △ triangle, ◯ circle, ╳ cross and ◻ square buttons from the original game? it's not of a big deal it looks different from the original ps4 game. I suggest if you don't mind to use the X , O , triangle, and square buttons from the other ds4 button mod here if you would get a permission for it. I think the 4 buttons from there look more like what they originally look like in the game.
