Hello everyone, First, I'd like to thank you guys for all the amazing mods we got so far for this remake and RE2's one.
One thing I was really disappointed with in this remake was the lack of Nemesis in his first form, I felt like we got his second form way too fast. If it'd be possible, making a mod where Nemesis chases the player more often in the first part of the game would be awesome and make the game feel more like the original one. Restoring for example the part from the demo when Nemesis chases Jill after picking up the firehose and then breaking the wall when she puts out the fire would totally be an awesome addition to the game. Adding Nemesis to another part of the game, like for example, in the street where Kendo's shop is, in the sewers, or just before reaching the Clocktower (just after the train crash) would be great as well. One other thing that would work perfectly for Nemesis, would be to make it possible for him to follow you in more rooms in the donut shop area (he can't enter the kite bros railway for example) or even in the substation part.
I hope this kind of thing can be possible with this game, or in a near future if it isn't possible at the moment.

Same here, I was a bit disappointed by the "absence" of Nemesis during his first phase. It'd be great to at least be able to add the unique demo cutscene where Nemesis shows up after putting the fire out, so that he appears sooner! Honestly, I was expecting it to happen in Nightmare mode but nope :/

I totally agree with you, I was also expecting to see more of Nemesis in its first form during my Nightmare playthrough, then I thought it would maybe change in Inferno mode, but it seems like it's not really the case, regarding Nemesis. I feel like it is a shame, considering both Nightmare and Inferno modes add more enemies (like zombies) through the game, so I was hoping they would do the same for Nemesis. There are some areas where I would have definitely see him coming after Jill, for example in the sewers, or in some parts of Raccoon's streets
