Does anyone have a tutorial on how to do the character model swap the Wizard posted in the OP? I keep trying to do it via hex editing the .swb2 file but everytime I do it causes the game to crash at the Capcom logo. Any pointers? Did you copy and paste ALL values? After the 01 up until the 00's?

i cant figure out this model swap so if someone has any extra time could you model swap deeay with the specops model ive done it before a long time ago but cant get it to work now

Here is mine: USS: Vector > HUNK Lupo > Lonewolf Bertha > Ada Wong Beltway > Nicholai Spec Ops.: DeeAy > Leon Kennedy Harley > Claire Redfield Willow > Jill Valentine (Demolition Class w/ Sticky Grenade Finisher - Player Only) Tweed > Carlos Oliveria All with voices, names, info, abilities and finishers Haven't tried this online yet since no one plays the game anymore...Big thanks to Wizard and Kyle EDIT: Place Characters.swb2 and all .ssg files in dlc/pack1/Characters in your RE:ORC directory. ALWAYS KEEP A BACKUP OF THE .swb2 FILE!! Image 1

which swb2 do you replace? the one in dlc?
hey guys i dont know what im doing wrong i either get a run time error message or a plain old error message when i try to model swap?? is it because im trying to swap the spec ops even though ive done it b4

If you are attempting to swap character models then maybe I can help, but I figured this out recently too so I'm no pro. I have seen a spec ops model swap a while ago so I'll try it first and see if it works.
