I really loved the feeling of the guns in RE2R, and I was sorely disappointed with the feel to them in RE3R. The guns went from feeling like there was real power behind them, to feeling like you're shooting an airsoft gun. I, and I believe many others, would love if there was an audio replacer mod for the pretty lackluster weapon sounds present in RE3R. I seriously don't understand what happened here, I had heard that 3 was actually in development before 2? If that was the case I guess it would make sense why the audio is horribly compressed in comparison with RE2R and even Resistance. Resistance has good sounding guns as well, so it only furthers my confusion.

Shotgun don't have actual shoot sfx, you hear only Shotgun's enviromental sounds, weapon "metal" clicks, echo sounds.. Just like RE2 (2019), they just tricked your ears, same RE2 Magnum, echo variation sound only +others small sfx - all played at once trick you.
I bet is choice to feel less powerfull weapons, but why RE3 Glock pistol shot sfx is so loud?! When Shotgun is like plastic gun (plus spread is so wide).

I was thinking the same thing shot guns are loud ! and the spread im a avid shooter and gunsmith and you are right even with out a choke the cone of the spread is far to wide from only like 5 ft away the pattern ussaully widens around 20 ft.
would be great if we could fix those effects and the sounds from the shotgun and mag.

AR sound is a lot better when upping rate of fire with trainer 15 to 25%. And feels more like AR15 then too.
Its still quiet tho
Upping Rate of Fire and making it louder would make it better.
Also better sound for infinite pistol (MUP) would be great, Samurai Edge has best sound since its original RE3 sound more or less.
