yes i have wanted to know this as well. i feel like it should be in the files, just disabled along with ragdolls. a couple enemies like the licker have ragdolls, so that at least should be doable. +1

Valentine The Mad has some good suggestions in this vid to even IMPROVE RE2's gore system.
