Hi! I'm looking forward to create a bgm mod for Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition but I can't get my custom soundtracks to loop in game at all. It does play and works but the game goes silent after the music ends. I've been googling around to figure out how to solve my issue but all I've come across has been this tutorial video for the music in Mercenaries in Portuguese that I cluelessly tried to follow step by step:
Apparently, I was supposed to edit the st_bgm.stq file inside the CoreResource.arc file, then find: -The 4 bytes that mean Duration of the soundtrack (in samples) of the original sound file that I want to replace. *There are 4 bytes forward of this with unknown functionality* -The 4 bytes that mean Start of the loop (in samples) of the original file. <= Find this info in a LoopStart tag if you use a sound editor to inspect the file -The following 4 bytes that mean End of the loop (in samples) of the original file. <= Same but the tag is named after LoopEnd
I overwrote these bytes with the data (again, in samples) of my custom music file... didn't work. Then I tried to also add both LoopStart and LoopEnd tags to my custom file, like in the original one..... didn't work. I'm helpless. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here?

Well, I only know that your custom soundtrack for Mercenaries must have more than 2:30 minutes. The game will automatically get back to the "middle" of the soundtrack to loop. If your soundtrack doesn't have at least 2:30 minutes or more, when the soundtrack ends in game, it won't loop.
