The skull is the original of Re2 1998 (in game). I made some modifications.

I got the skull image from a video of the channel Stormwolf and the USA flag from Wikipedia.

If you want to use the original hair, just don't use the file "uPl00HeadLeonUsa".

Hello, where did you get the face texture of Leon?
Was it from my mod?

I did release 2 shaved Leon mod in this forum back then, so please clarify this for me, thank you

PS: The mods I was talking about are my Leon EX2 with new hair and my Leon RE4 Style, which have shaved head texture.
