if its at all possible id like to see a mod that replaces leon with William's Human appeareance (as the Mutations are a very obvious no go) I think it would be pretty interesting to see.

If I am not mistaken, it isn't possible due to the fact(?) that there's literally no ingame model (cutscene with his wife doesn't count cos it's CGI) where he's in his full human form without the mutations...

Actually, I think it's possible, his cutscene with Annette is in real time and he even has his own model in Model Viewer, but he would probably have some bugs as he was not meant to be a playable character.

I did some quick tests here and the big problem is the animations of his coat, but when I switched to the animation of Annette's coat the result was much better but still with bugs as you can see in the image below. If you don't mind these issues, I can send you the mod.
