Hi everyone, I wanna ask something about Rigging 3D Model, since I wanna replace one of character model in RE2 Remake with other model from another game, which each model from RE2 Remake can be exporting with mesh and bones by PAK tools, but I found my model from another game just only have mesh without bones, it's possible if I rigging 3d model in 3ds max without bones just only mesh, and trying to replace one of character model from RE2 Remake with my model from another game, does the model without bones, only mesh can work in the game ?

Yes, you can do that by using the "Skin Wrap" modifier to take the animation skin of a working RE2 model and then wrap it to your mesh. Make sure you pose your mesh so that it perfectly matches up with the default pose of the imported RE2 model before you do the skin wrap (meaning your new model should be about the same size and proportions as the RE2 model, and should fit centered inside the RE2 model's pose). If all the joints like the elbows, hips, ankles and fingertips do not align, your skin-wrapped rigging will turn out bad, and you will have some very unnatural movements
