I have tried to extract it using arc tool by dragging and dropping the file but it won't extract so if anyone wants to do this for me because I can't mod it then it would be nice. I want it on both usa and asia (working in cutscenes too)

Pues puedes extraer los archivos uno por uno. Por otra parte exactamente que herramientas estas usando. que version es?

Of course I can do it for you but only the heads of usa and asia
