Very simple mod that turns all zombies in the game to female, which imo make the game a bit scarier.
Starting a new game is recommended to avoid visual bugs.
The mod still works on its own if you wanted to bring some social justice to Raccoon city.

Any chance to replace all enemies with zombies, except bosses and Mr. X

Not possible at the moment, or maybe forever, due to very hard to bypass restrictions - otherwise the modders would have bring it on already.

Someone made a mod that lets you replace lickers and dogs with poison zombies or pale heads on nexus (as well as all of the other enemies besides bosses, ivys, and G-Adults) so one can mix and match). That's about the closest I've gotten to it. To get it to work you have to start a game in the extra modes (not actually play, just start it so the models will load).

So first start extra mode and then switch to story. Thanks I will give it a try.
I have actually created a CE script that doesn't kill zombies unless their heads are blown up. So guns like Rocket launcher, Gatling, grenade launcher won't work on them. They damage them but zombies will get up again. Makes game more fun I think.

Oh THIS sounds fun! Would you share your CE script, ajax?

Great work! I've been waiting for this kind mod for a long time. Just if you don't mind that someone can replicate this : could you tell how did you make this happen? Did you use any modding / binary tools?
Thanks!

Oh THIS sounds fun! Would you share your CE script, ajax?
It's the same script of Fearless Revolution (credit to the author there). I have merely added an extra script called "Damage Register". It's not fully developed as I am not very skilled with CE. What I have done is captured the instruction that registers damage. Then check if damage is done to player then allow, otherwise do not register damage. So even though enemy are stunned with our attacks they don't die unless we do a critical hit.
To use it in gameplay, I keep the script enabled most of the time where zombies are. Only in areas with lickers, dogs, bosses I disable the script otherwise they don't take damage. The script also crashes when fighting Ivys so I make sure to keep it disabled in that section.
I haven't tested it in extra modes so no idea if there are more crashes with new enemy types. However I have successfully completed both campaigns doing pistol runs, so I can confirm that there are no crashes if you remember when to turn off the script.
If someone can improve this script that would be greatly appreciated.

could you double the number of specific the zombies that spawn? I always felt there wasn't enough police zombies.

That's a longtime wish... still not possible due to engine restrictions afaik.

oh, ok. is it possible to change certain zombies to officer zombies? Like the construction worker zombie to a police zombie? It's possible to replace their models. Zombies have a common model, and the variety of clothes, so finding and swapping these clothes is doable, but it will be a full replace, for example there will no longer be any construction worker zombies, they'll all be replaced with police zombies. If however you mean control which variant of zombie appears where, I don't know how to do that.

There was an update to RE2 Remake today on Steam and this mod stopped working but updating to the latest Fluffy Manager fixed the issue.
