I know that I have to use Photoshop but that's it, I don't know the rest.

The gradient textures are stored in the 0000070.pack file. I suggest that if you are going to mod this for distribution that you work off of ALbert's 0700000.pack file otherwise many of the game files will not load properly if users are using the RE4 HD project (sort of a default now after this amazing release).. So you'll need to unpack this .pack file with the YZ2 tool by Sectus. Simply unpack the 0000070.pack file, make your changes making sure to use only DDS or tga files. (im not sure which files they are off hand .. They are long and skinny dimensions with rainbow gradients).. After your edits simply Repack. Be aware that many Effects in the game use the gradients. Modding these textures can have unexpected results (as with modifying any texture in the 0000070.pack file). I once packed 1 too many files into the pack file and this shuffled all the textures 1 forward when loading, which produced some very cool results, one of which became my Chrome Mod. Happy Modding.

I was talking about the "gradients" folder, I through that the filters that you select in the Options are stored there. And I was asking how to modify IN Photoshop, like, how to make the image to look like an Instagram filter.
