Heya,long time no see.
So i saw a couple of requests for this,however theres no way that i know of so far of making this failproof,i did not replace the head but instead replaced the Arklay hat so its very mandatory that you have that dlc.
The neck will clip through the clothing as its not rigged to the neck bone cuz the hat does not have one and as such both head and neck are rigged to the head bone and will all move as one which does look pretty odd sometimes but overall i think it does look pretty good.
Install it using Fluffys mod manager.
Also this was mainly made for the Casual/Default RPD outfits and while it does work on the others it will look worse but still pretty decent.
