Hi where did you get claire head model?? i Cant find in the folder pl1050. There is only texture files no mesh files

There only seems to be tex files and no mesh files Download the old version of the game, the January version (from the torrent, etc.), unpack, and you will find all files.

So your not skin wrapping, you do head morphing? Hard to understand settings being used. I'm just replacing claire face with model of her default that I already exported then edited. Kind of lost on that video

You make a copy of the original unchanged face, this face has the skin modifier, and this is the face you are going to morph. Apply a morpher modifier and and select your already modifed face as the target.(in my case I called this ClaireHeadCopy)
You move the slider to 100% and the copy of the original will morph to the new shape and retain the skin modifier. This is the face you are going to export into the game.

Hi, I'm weigthing up how the modding of RE2 panorama is right now.
So to can implement a custom head that works in the animations, there is this process of the morphing.
¿Is it possible still make the rigging a head normally using the bones of the original model and skinning manually?
And in such case, ¿is it possible to move the bones of that model? (I'm thinking on a head that have different proportions than Claire).

Hi Yes its possible to rig a new head with the original face bones in this case are almost 250 face bones.

Hi everyone, I have an idea, I need to replace Mr.X head model with my costum head model, but I dont know, how to import the Mr.X's head mesh model [em6250] in 3ds max, I always getting not responding from 3ds max, but if I importing Mr.X body mesh [em6200] it's always worked someone can tell me, did I made a mistake ?. so Mr.X's head model cannot be imported to 3ds max Thanks
