I've never thought Leon's facial animations were ridiculous lol. Now some of Claire's are another story (it could also be because I played Claire first and saw hers before Leons so his looked normal in comparison?). But kudos for this. The reason I don't usually use mods (unless they are masks) that are from another game or a swapped character is due to the lack of facial animations (I really wish there was a way to make them work then I'd go crazy with them). I haven't even used the 98 models for my main characters partly because of it.

With some modifications to the model and new textures this could become the most downloaded RE2 Remake mod ever.

Kira, is the original model resolution a limitation here? Sort of but not really,its just a matter of trying to fix the textures but theyre not super low res but i cant really upscale them a lot either so ill try to look for hd ones or make them better myself again

After playing it last night I have noticed that there are some moments where the animations kind of make Leon look like a rabbit. The faces are fine but I feel like some of the animations should have been more polished.
