I have been copy this mod to folder resident evil revelations but it doesn't work, why? can you resolve it?

If you are having the same issues as what I've been having with the steam version of the game, this is how I solved it: you go into nativepc, then sound, then se, then pl and you make a new folder called 'pl1030'. You shouldn't have a folder already in that folder of that name, if you do, then back it up. Next you have to copy files from the folder 'pl1010'. You have to have English selected as your language when playing the game. Copy the following files: pl1010.mser, pl1010_ENG.sbkr & pl1010_ENG.srqr. Next, paste them into the folder 'pl1030'. Now rename each file in the 'pl1030' folder as follows: pl1030.mser, pl1030_ENG.sbkr & pl1030_ENG.srqr. And that's it, launch the game and try it out. Be warned, don't launch task manager or press the windows key or press ctrl, alt & delete, because it displays a fatal error and the game crashes. If you want to quit the game, quit it normally using the game's main menu.
It's because pl1010 is associated with Jill and pl1030 with Jessica. If you want to do this for another country's language, you have to copy the files of that corresponding country's language, instead of the English files i.e. if you wanted to play this mod in German you would copy the files: pl1010_GER.sbkr & pl1010_GER.srqr. Then you would paste them in the 'pl1030' folder and rename them pl1030_GER.sbkr & pl1030_GER.srqr.

Please note, before you do any of the stuff I mentioned in my previous post, this is how you install the mod: so first of all obviously you download the mod and extract the .rar folder to an actual folder. i'm just doing this for beginners btw. Next you open up the mod folder and go into native pc, archive, game, chara, pl, pl1110 and in the folder there is a file called pl1110.arc. You copy and paste that file into your steam game directory. You probably want to back up your files just in case anything goes wrong, because you have to replace the file. Next, you go back to the archive folder in the actual mod folder and there should be a folder called gui. Open the gui folder and go into chara_sel and there should be a file called pl1110.arc. Again, you have to copy and paste that file into your steam game directory. Your game directory is located at program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/RESIDENT EVIL REVELATIONS. Inside that folder you will find nativepc, enter the nativepc folder & then the archive folder and you will find the game and gui folders inside there.
