Installation Requirements:

1. That you own the Military Claire DLC for RE2. Otherwise, this mod cannot be installed.

2. That you have Fluffyquack's mod manager. You can grab that from here:

How to install the mod:

Step 1. Move the "SceptilePokkenTournamentRE2.rar" file into your "Games\RE2R\Mods" folder.
No need to extract it, just move the .rar file into that directory.

Step 2. Boot up Modmanager.exe (as administrator)

Step 3. Go to "Manage mods"

Step 4. Click on "Sceptile (Pokken Tournament) over Military Claire"

Step 5. Now, click on "Menu" in the top right corner

Step 6. Click "Launch game"

-> NOTE: To uninstall the mod, just click again on the "Sceptile (Pokken Tournament) over Military Claire"
