This is undoubtedly one of the best mods!  Great work!  By the way, did you edit the screenshots in Photoshop or were you able to get those colors using ReShade? It looks SO good! Especially that last screenshot.

Good Job. I'd give you a bag of cookies if I could. Seeing how you guys pull all of this off I really wish I had the time and skill to try my hand at making mods. Is it possible that this could be made in the color scheme to match Leon's police uniform/the other RPD officers?
