You dont need to unpack the rar files just copy the files to the mod manager path like this

Modmanager\Games\RE2R\Mods

And please dont upload to sites for making money or things like adfly =/

Somehow it seems like this makes him walk even faster in Hardcore, but that's probably because of how he looks.
