Many have asked this, including myself and apparently it's not possible at this time. I really want this as well. Also this is in the wrong section, as the previous user stated..
This should be in General Modding Chat > Requests (or Questions) sections of the RE2 Remake area, but first, you should probably search to see if someone else has asked. 
I wish someone would message the devs and convince them to add an option to enable the looping if we so wish. It was a aspect of RE that didn't need to be changed at all. I was a bit shocked at first.

I am tired of asking this to the modders and nobody does anything. They do stupid mods with naked people and all that, but nothing serious like this.

I would also love to have this some day, having the main hall/save room themes playing only once was a stupid decision if you ask me...
