At the moment, unfortunately, I do not know how to change the color of eyebrows. If anyone has an idea, write. Hmm, I'd mimiced that mod myself to give blonde hair to Claire Classic costumes only, and it worked for her eyebrows and eyelashes even.  Btw, are you sure you can just release this without permission?

I don't see the issue with similar mods. I'm all for options, I for one don't like the available "blonde hair" one. I'm hoping someone will tackle the blonde hair someday and make it more natural looking (plus with the rain effect). Maybe this user will get to it instead of just a texture swap? In any case, I'll give it a go later today, but OP, you should post a few pictures so people can know what they are downloading. (:

I'm not 100% certain if it's only a texture swap or if it has edited textures. Because all of Crazy Potato's mods have texture work. I have nothing against similar mods, though.

Ok, now it works! So, after testing it out a bit, I can give you some feedback:
I like the eyebrows and eyelashes as they are. Usually, even on blondes, the eyebrows and eyelashes are at least one shade darker (sometimes more) than the head hair, so I wouldn't change it, if I were you. You managed to get the wet effect on the hair just fine, which was one of my major gripes with the existing/most popular blonde hair mod available (by Crazy Potato). Her ponytail can appear a bit lighter than the rest of her hair on some lighting conditions, but this is a minor gripe, honestly, this also happens in F00X's red hair mod, and it doesn't really bother me all that much, you can fix it later if at all. I'd argue that her hair would look more natural at least one shade darker (like Sherry, Annette and Katherine's) as opposed to a dyed hair, this would specially blend in nicer with the wet effect, but since I don't think you can make this change, at least I can say that this is my favorite "Claire blonde hair mod" so far. (:
