This took me a LONG time to do (pretty much a solid 3 days) as I had to manually cut out each weapon (I don't have 3DSMax or a model viewer of any kind, so it all had to be done from ingame screenshots) Anyway, here is my inventory mod, to replace all the boring weapon icons. I wanted to go for a more dynamic look, similar to the original RE2 (think of the super shotgun)  DLC weapons (Samurai Edge's) are not done. I may do them in the future if enough people want them and I can find the time. There are 2 versions: 1 with the default handgun ammo, and another with my custom Tony's Arms handgun ammo. As usual, requires FluffyQuack's Modmanager to install. Download (standard)Download (custom Tony's Arms)

Your icons are impressive. You must be very proud! Thanks for this. Now my inventory is gonna look lit  P.S. yes please to the DLC weapons. It would look weird and out of place if they were excluded from this great work.

You will need to overwrite it with the one in this download since the weapons and ammo icons are stored in the same file.

I've already said this is awesome, but it's surprising how much I enjoy having this in my game. Thanks for putting in the effort to make this. I'm also glad you didn't skip icon for JMB Hp3 without laser pointer because I always use item editor to take it off.

If it's a custom model, probably not as I don't have model replacements installed It's not exactly a custom model, it's already in the game, used by chief irons in a cinematic. ID: wp3200. But it's not playable so probably doesn't have a pre-existing icon.
I could live without it though, so it's ok. Thanks.
