I think it's because normally that's where the holsters would be. I actually wouldn't mind a version with the holsters if it were possible.

Can somebody please help me? All other mods seem to work and appear in my game just fine but this one doesn't. However, I love the body you used. Looks great.

I think one of the main reason for this is because as far as the female models are concerned they have actual body models already in game which is more to work with. (Claire and Ada both wear outfits that show skin below their neck (and I am assuming wearing shorts and a dress helps in the regard of the textures) and because of that they have a neck seam already available. But with Leon they didn't need it because he has no outfits (if he had a tanktop like in the original re2 then it would probably be different) that show off anything other than his arms. At least that's what I've gathered from my research into modding as far as RE2 is concerned.
