on modding the ost, I wrote a tutorial a little while ago that might be helpful
it's an advanced tutorial though, it covers other parts that the other tutorials don't cover
but it also doesn't cover the basics that the other tutorials cover, like how to create .wem files and how to extract the soundtrack file
though, a good point to start is just downloading one of the soundtrack mods, and use those files as a base
