Since we seem to be getting the ball rolling on model imports now seemed like a good time to make a request. 
Now first off I have nothing against the new character models in the RE2 remake but I've always been a bigger fan of the model style of the RE0,Remake, and the Chronicles games and as such I would love to see all the core cast replaced with their Darkside chronicles counterparts such as Leon,Claire,Marvin,Ada, Sherry, etc.
For anyone interested I will post the model pack here, no rush of course should you decide to take up the request but it would be appreciated greatly if it happened someday down the line, here are the model packs and special thanks to Mister T for the models.

Considering it seems the mesh imports are coming along, it wont be too long before a request like this could be fulfilled! I would also love to see this

Yeah things are still early as far as model importing goes which is why I don't expect this mod to be made anytime soon lol, somewhere in the future though would be great since I think such a mod would fit nicely considering most of the cast from the remake have a dark side chronicles version.
