I have earned everything and i want to delete it all (including saves) and start again is this possible to do i have tried installing/reinstalling and nothing happened, hope someone can help

To locate your save file, you have to:
Open Windows Explorer.
Click on the View option (at the top, in the main bar).
Make sure that Hidden Items is checked (now you are sure the file is shown in the right location).
Look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[YOUR STEAM ID HERE]\883710\remote\win64_save
Then delete everything inside the win64 folder then delete achievements.ini. Worked for me. Would also suggest to backup everything in case you wanna go back to your old saves.
