Ah! Hah. Honestly, I read through the thread and I must have misunderstood. >_> I apologize, I thought you had yet to try to patch it for the last update! I found your mod on Nexus so when it didn't work there I went looking for any help from people off site due to the posts there. I'll give it a shot-and if it doesn't work, I'll stop pestering ya! I really do appreciate all the hard work you put into it! if it still doesn't work with the latest version for you do let me know, then I can ask you to send me some files so I can try and fix it for you

Does this mod still works with the latest version of the game ? Yes. If it's not working, you have to uninstall all mods you use, re-read game archives and then re-install your mods. This way should make this mod work properly.

Katherine has her own unique unarmed idle and unique SLS holding idle animations, but uses Ada's animations for other weapons. It's worth noting that Katherine's unique pistol idle animation is only for the SLS, and she'll use Ada's animations for other pistols. Would be cool if there was a mod to tweak it so Katherine uses her unique SLS pistol idle for all pistols.

This way should make this mod work properly. I had an Issue with The "Classy by Design" Modification where it hung on 0% on loading and use the Ada animations Mod for Claire. There was a few other Mods it fixed too.
I'll just add what I did
1) Uninstall all mods and that included removing all DLC folders/Native folder, then re-read archives.
2) Verified my files to re download DLC 3) Installed the "Classy by Nature" mod. 4) Installed AdaAnimationsForClaire-AprilFix
All sorted for me.

Would be cool if there was a mod to tweak it so Katherine uses her unique SLS pistol idle for all pistols. modding animations is very fiddly, replacing the wrong things make all animations be replaced with a "failsafe" animation which is the knife swim animation. But I can try looking into it some time

Just wanted to pop in and say thanks. Not only does this still work, but as far as I could tell there aren't any missing sound issues either. Sometimes her lip movements are a bit.. odd, mainly notable during actual spoken lines during gameplay (that is to say, NOT in cutscenes) but that's so minor it's barely even worth note. I wouldn't even have known if I wasn't deliberately looking really hard at everything, since just getting the camera to the right place while trying to walk around takes specific considerations in the first place.  Anyways, I also was NOT able to reproduce the multi-reload SLS bug, though in fairness, I only reloaded perhaps 20 or 30 times during initial testing, so I can't say for certain it'll never happen lol. And as RazzMaTazz mentioned previously, a wonderful "side-effect" of this mod is that if you install it *after* any (at least any I've tested so far) mods which remodeled or swapped Claire and (whether they specify it or not) incorporated some/all of Ada's animations, it fixes THOSE mods as well, which in many cases had fallen into the "infinite load screen of doom" box after various game updates. For the record, since there was some back & forth about it not installing correctly, etc... I did nothing special. I just downloaded the updated version, which was in RAR form (any of you people who get a ZIP file didn't grab the correct file or saved it wrong or... something) and plopped it in the correct Fluffy RE2 mod folder. Activated, and viola. Works like a dream. No muss, no fuss. So yeah.. shutting up now and just saying thanks, JTeghius Kittius and MaVeRicK . Which is what I meant to do in the first place. ^_^

Game is updated. Raytracing is On. but walking is her normal stick up the ass walk --Actually, never mind. Game is really shitty with RT for me. So i reverted

I can't get this mod to work. I turn it on and get a warning: This mod is made for a newer version of the game with ray-tracing support and probably won't work... bla-bla-bla...
I click "YES" and, of course, the game does not change.
I can play with ray tracing, but the game is very bad (shitty) with RT, so I prefer to play without RT.
Is there a version of this mod for playing without ray tracing?
