mod: normal aiming for the M19 V2.0 by: JTeghius Kittiusoh heya, didn't see you there! ... so if you, just like me, hate the "gangsta style" aiming/shooting of the M19 handgun. I got you covered! The mod works for Leon, Ada, and Claire Screenshots:  Leon/Claire: Download updated June 14th 2022 for new game version: Download Pre-June 14th 2022 version of the game? use this: Legacy download: linkthe mod is in a .zip file so it will need to be extracted as the fluffymanager reads.rar files. not .zip mod requires to be installed using the WIP fluffymanager: link if there's any bugs/issues please let me know!

Nice! Always irritated me to see "Gangsta style" shooting animation, no real officer would shoot guns as displayed unmodified.

Not working here. Even though modmanager shows "mod installed" EDIT:
Somehow, here dont worked extracting the file from the .zip. I made it work by transforming the natives paste into .rar and it just worked great. Thanks

Is there a chance for a version that also changes idle stance? Especially for Claire because otherwise her hands clips through her holster in lit areas.

You sir are a true hero, thank you! Is there a chance for a version that also changes idle stance? Especially for Claire because otherwise her hands clips through her holster in lit areas. I'll need to look into that. I can't say I've super thoroughly tested this either. I briefly tested it in Tofu mode and then cheat engine character swapped to claire, leon and ada to see if they fired it correctly and then I stopped.

Awesome work!
I was informed the aiming style was a nudge to his Mafia RE4 costume, but I don't get why Capcom didn't leave that to the Noir costume more appropriately. Leon was a trained cop not a wannabe Al Capone from a ghetto?!

It was a nod to one of his alternate costumes you could equip after getting the special key from Brad that opened a locker with the aforementioned costumes in the save room under the stairs in the original RE2. When equipped, he would hold the handgun in a gangsta style. Didn't surprise me to see that Capcom included it and Claire's SAA.

When I aim, I think the pistol is a little higher than the hand. And the camera was a little lower when I took another pistol and aimed. Do you think this has anything to do with it?
