So I got Elza costume swap with Ada, cause I like Noir costumes, and then I added all the variations for easy install.

Mod Default (extract the Ada_Red_Dress_No Glasses_Elza_DLC.rar with "Extract Here" from winrar and overwrite all files to reinstall this one.)

Ada Red Dress with Glasses (extract the Ada_Red_Dress_Glasses_Elza_DLC.rar with "Extract Here" from winrar and overwrite all files.)

Ada Spy Coat (extract the Ada_Spy_Coat_Elza_DLC.rar with "Extract Here" from winrar and overwrite all files.)

Ada Spy Coat without Glasses (extract the Ada_Spy_Coat_No_Glasses_Elza_DLC.rar with "Extract Here" from winrar and overwrite all files.)

Installation:

1st) Backup your 920564 folder from your RE2 install folder!

2nd) Copy the Ada Red Dress and Coat over Claire Elza.rar to your RE2 install folder, Example: SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2, and extract it there with "Extract Here" from winrar and overwrite all.

Don't forget to backup your 920564 folder!

To uninstall just copy your backup 920564 folder back and delete natives folder (delete the natives folder is optional).

Edit: Claire Head with Ada outfit

Claire Red Dress Blonde Hair (extract the Claire Blonde_Red_Dress_Glasses_Elza_DLC.rar with "Extract Here" from winrar and overwrite all files.)

Claire Spy Coat Default Hair (extract the Claire Default_Hair_Spy_Coat_Elza_DLC.rar with "Extract Here" from winrar and overwrite all files.)

Claire Spy Coat Blonde Hair (extract the Claire Blonde_Spy_Coat_Elza_DLC.rar with "Extract Here" from winrar and overwrite all files.)

Claire with Ada outfit Credits to Crazy Potato for the Blonde color!

Yes, just copy the Claire files, pl1000_face_costume_C.pfb.16 and pl1000_hair_costume_C.pfb.16 from your Elza DLC extracted to (...)SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2natives\x64\objectroot\prefab\character\survivor\parts\pl1000 and overwrite the files

I dunno how to extract the DLC, I did this swap downloading thanks to another mod, in this case I downloaded the Elza Blonde from Crazy Potato and then I did the swap.

I will add download link for this too if you want

the Claire skin is not the same color as Ada

military has an issue that makes the knife always present when we swap it with Ada.

It's great!! I really want to swap characters costumes! hopefully someone would fix the skin tone though, but so far I am so happy with this! I've only tried cheat engine to model swap characters so far, I wish the cheat engine had this option to easily swap costumes lol
