The uniform Leon wears in REmake (and the original) isn't a "riot" uniform or anything special, it's what the RPD was going to move to have everyone in the department wearing. Everyone is wearing the old issue uniform, and Leon puts on the newly issued uniform. Leon is wearing the same bullet proof vest Eliot is wearing, underneath he's just wearing a regular duty uniform with the new department colors, dark blue. He just has a white long sleeved undershirt with knee pads and elbow pads on top of it.

would be cool if he got actual riot gear like this lol:  would make sense in the game. capcom, you listening? riot gear dlc please This is the Greek riot police. Kinda outdated in my opinion. I think this one is a lot cooler. The more armor the better

I know a model from another game that has armor pretty close to that, the L4D2 riot police zombies. Though the assets are generally worse in quality, I can probably rig it up to the RE2 skeleton and get it in-game once model injection is a thing.

the ghost dlc they're releasing is said to have "armored zombies hordes". do you think they might actually have riot gear modeled into this game? cross my fingers

wow i was right. unfortunately the riot gear looks like shit. i guess the helmet and chest armor look good enough though

This is exactly what I'm looking for. There is already a reskin for the Arklay Sherrif outfit that just changes the colours and adds RPD insignia's but it still looks like a sheriff's outfit. This is an actual proper RPD uniform. Down the road, would you be willing to make a wounded model for Leon's arm? or perhaps one where you add a wearable police cap to the uniform such as some of the zombie's you see in the game.
