Yeah, once we understand how to put these back into the game, I want to have versions to replace either depending on your preference. What I'm working on now btw, fixed up Marvin:  This looks great!!! Is it gonna replace Arklay Sherriff? I would prefer to have one with no logos or badges. Leon is a rookie, after all. I wanna roleplay him on his first day but instead of being all geared up he's just in his regular uniform lol

there's a jumpsuit model that has the equipment belt. do you have a clean texture for that? could be useful for player swap.
edit: actually it looks like it might be a different jumpsuit than the helicopter pilot. it has a more ruffled upper body with different pockets:

That's just a type of police patrol/duty jacket over the regular uniform. I plan on fixing that up too.

3d studio max, there's an import script from the model research forums floating around. I unpacked the .pak files with bms and converted the textures with a Noesis .py script.

I plan on fixing that up too. ah yes. but i suppose it would be possible to swap the equipment onto the pilot's jumpsuit anyway. unless the jumpsuit's too wide at the hip or something. i know some of the zombies wear a kind of jumpsuit too don't know if it's the same model as the helicopter pilot

It should be possible in the future once people with the knowledge find the methods to actually export/import models. Once that's done we'll be able to put these back into the game. I see that you already tried testing this out yourself with zombies and then the helicopter pilot so that's a start.

   About done with the existing variation of RPD uniforms, I think. Gahdamm these look GREAT!!! I love these lol Maybe in the future you could replace Leon's default uniform to be like this so he doesn't have white undershirt. I really like his uniform look in his default Injured Police outfit without the long sleeves. Sadly the other arm has a bandage. Hopefully we could get this on Leon!  P.S. is it possible to restore the gloves in Leon's outfit? I wanna see the long sleeves and elbow pads removed but keep the gloves! Keep up the great work!

 I modified the shoulders to fit the RPD shoulder sleeve patch, re-rigged the chest badge, badge loop mount on the jacket and shoulder sleeve patches to all work and move properly.

I'm looking forward to this, I always had this thought that you only see Leon with his RPD riot uniform, all the other officers wear either the normal outfit, or a variation with the armor in the remake. Since Leon is a total rookie logic dictates he should just wear a normal uniform on his first day. The only time where I saw other characters wearing the same outfit as Leon was in Outbreak by Kevin Ryman and in the RE3 intro where the RPD was making a last stand. Can't wait to play with this, and may I also add that the Noir haircut should go pretty well with this outfit? Don't know if it's possible to make a variation with that haircut. In any case, thanks a lot for your contribution.

Yeah, but he is given the riot uniform after he meets Marvin (or in B scenario, finds it in a locker) so it makes perfect sense.
