For me too it crash at every cinematic. To make Tina work in story mod, I checked and
compared what you did to other mod that work in story mod, the main
difference I noticed is, that you don't replace the same amount of files(other mod about Helena(Re6 not the doa5 one) have a "data" folder sometime). In the original game
folder, I saw Helena have many files about her head and body in arc/DX9:
(7 for Head, 7 for AcHead, 7 for body +all the textures files)

So, even after installing your mod, it replace only USA and Asia head and body, and Ac USA head,
there's the 4 textures for Asia and the 3 for USA, with this put in the DX9 folder, the story
crash at every cutscenes for me, with an error grey window, telling me missing pl0100_00eye_BM.tex
file, in a naticePC/data/event/chara/pl/pl0100/model folder.
So I took the "HelenaSpyLeopard mod" 's data folder and merge it with the one in nativePC.
Now, in it never crash, but in cinematics, I have a weird Helena face with skin texture on
all her face(even lips), big eye on her neck-chest and blond hair, the body stay the black catsuit in chapter one,
very well made. So I tried to replace every Helena's head files in the game folder by
the uPl01HeadHelenaUSA.arc file that you provide, but cutscenes still never crash and
display Helena's weird face in cinematics(I really even replaced every Omake and Debug face by the head of tina by "copy+renaming" them!)
(I made a backup before of course), so I definitely think that the problem come from the
data/event/chara/pl/pl0100/model folder. I hope you can fix it zakizakizaki =)
