VIDEO - TUTORIAL
1°-choose the desired audio to change the sound, in my case I chose a gun as an example,
I used the sounds of gun of WESKER Killer7 Wep44.XWB
2°--Let's extract the file XWB to WAV, copy your file xwb for the program folder
Drag your file to unxwb.exe and automatically the program opened a window, and this window you should choose the location to extract
the files.
3°-Once you have extracted the audio, now go opening WAV files until you find the audio you want to modify, or can modify all, once you have found
the audio, now let's change it, let's get another audio and convert to WAV, done that, Let's rename of the new audio
by the name of the audio that you want to modify. Once you have done all that, now we're going to the fourth step.
4°--Let's use the Xact.exe
Now we open the Xact3.exe which is located in (C:\Program Files (x 86) \Microsoft XNA\XNA Game Studio\v4.0\Tools)
We will create a new project, file > new project choose a location to save > and put a name
now go in the NEW BANK and create a new and put the name of your file, in my case the name is WEP44
that done, now let's add the files, the files they have to come in the sequence that you extracted
example:
If the string that you extracted it is
00000000
00000001
00000002
00000003
00000004
00000005
00000006
00000007
00000008
00000009
0000000a
0000000b
0000000c
you will have to add all the audio files in this same sequence
After having done all this, now let's export and for that you just go on File > Build > Finish
Now let's go to the location where you saved the project, now open the WIN folder, and copy the file XWB generated that contains the your files
modified, and now copy it to the folder of your game SND.
Congratulations you modified the audio with success:
