Just a mod I made personally for me but thought others might like it 
Replaces the mercenaries music with "A warrior filled with Hope" from mercenaries 3D (don't worry it's HD sound and loops correctly!) 
There's 2 files for the mod which you will need to install
1: CoreResource.arc (the codes that set the song's duration and loop points)--> Installation path: nativepc_MT>image>archive (replace file)
2: s_bgm020.sngw (the song)--> Installation path: nativepc_MT>sound>bgm>oto>bgm>s_bgm (replace file)

P.S: I did adjust the volume so it should be more or less set to the re5 volume but you can always adjust the background music volume in game.
Preview: (Loops differently from this version, plays full song then loops again from start so don't worry)
