Hey guys, I have been looking into changing sound files in the game (mainly character voices) and wanted to know if there is a way to change the length of the sound files. I figured out how to change the sounds themselves, but say I have a file that is pretty short in the game (like Chris saying "GO!") and wanted to change it with something that is longer than the allotted time that "GO!" takes up, is there a way to change the length of the file?

Is there a tutorial on the ARC tool? The "detailed instructions" are 404 on the other site.

residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/5774/arctoolDownload both tool and bat file, place them in the same folder. Place an arc in same folder too. Drag and drop the .arc on .bat file and it will create a folder of same name will all contents extracted.
