I don't know if i should be embarrassed of my story or not. Well, it can't be that bad. Why don't you share with the class? Weird-ish sort of complications. T.T I'd rather test it on one person through PM to see if they could handle it. (AND IF THEY WOULDN'T BLURT IT EVERYWHERE,if they didn't appreciate how i got here.) It's nothing wrong or weird of any sort, but its just well, weird to ME,and i could be overexaggerating but,i don't know.

Well I guess it all started when I was young and watch my brother player video games on the N64 back in the day. I was around 8 (born 1990) I think when I saw my brother playing RE2. Of course I think there were instances where he supervise me playing it but I would get so easily scared by the music that cued when the zombies would come through the door opening segments. Then later in about 2011, me and my bro were looking for some co-op games to play and RE5 was ones of the one he bought. It was really fun and I remember we pulled an all nighter the first day we played, it was so good. My brother muted the game music and instead would play all sorts of music and I particular remember him playing the Smiths' " Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now" and "How Soon is Now?" during the second spinning elevator part. Then later in 2012 I decided to get it on PC when it was on sale on Steam and I got into the crazy dysfunctional "Survivors" scene on GFWL PC and often player with an LS Camero guy and then got into recording sessions and uploading them up on youtube. Then I started really admiring Chris Redfield and until this point I really favored Sheva (most douchey players on RE5 Survivors on GFWL played as Jill or Wesker so I didn't really like those characters all that much till later on. So then I started going to the gym was spiritually enlightened to my inner manly side and really wanting to be a buff badass like Chris. Little did I know that I would then take the highs of my gym sessions and use em to fuel my academic career at university and then used the philosophies and ideas I learned from classes to fuel my desires to be like Chris Redfield. (That seems fucked up now and I'm only 5,6 ft and 120 ish pounds now. So so much for being like Redfield. and now I'm planning on doing a Masters Thesis on the notion of "Striving" in German Romanticism. [70 paged paper] F@A$CK! ) When I got whiff that Capcom was making RE6 I bought it on Xbox 360 to initially to play with my bro but he didn't really enjoy the series after RE5 so I beat that game alone and then bought it on PC when it was released and met some of my best Steam buddies playing all the multiplayer games. I met ΛLISTΞR who at the time, was hosting good old multiplayer mercenaries sessions and we'd all have a blast and then we tried different multiplayer modes. Eventually after much coaxing he got me involved into the modding forum and into making reskin mods after being exposed to my color pickiness. Then I gradually got more proactive on the forum and became the crazy, screwed up person I was always destined to be. So that's my story in a overly long winded nutshell. I later added a few other peeps from the forum (Some hit and miss) But I'm happy to have to added MRKENNEDY21 from him liking my mods and consequently bumped into IrishLumberjack and then bumped into A Jaded Lizard. I realize now this was meant to be about my exposure with the RE franchise and not how I got on to the forum per-say. Well Fuck it! I'll be as god damn personal as I want to be on the forum because I'm "in the mood" (great song btw, Glenn Miller FTW).

I've been curious about how you came upon the series anyway (since you, unlike Irish Lumberjack), have never said anything about it. You've told me far more personal things than that, though, so it does kind of surprise me.
