Just wondering if anyone has a insight with the incident that Moira won't touch a firearm. The story hasn't mentioned Polly, who is Moiras sister. I think the incident might be that Moira accidently shot Polly when they were younger, with Barry being a gun nut, the chances of a firearm lying around the house would be high. It'd also explain Barrys overbearing parenting with constantly checking and texting Moira because he doesn't want to lose his now only daughter. I think both are filled with guilt and that would add to the rocky relationship between them. Anyway what do you guys think?

I think something like that might have happened. However young girl killing each other seems to dark for Capcom, they dont really have enough balls for that kind of stuff, untill something changed. I guess we should wait for future episodes to find out

I agree it'd be too dark for them but it'd also show growth and range for the writers and the series as a whole. Hopefully we'll find out soon O:

If you heard Moira's dialogue, you should know how much growth and range is in the writing

The incident she is referring to is when Barry's family was held at gunpoint by Umbrella during Resident Evil 1 as leverage against Barry so he would help Wesker in the cover up.

Yeah just played through Barry's part, hopefully Polly is fine and it was just down to Barry's family being held captive, although doesn't Wesker mention that he only said that to Barry to trick him into helping him and that Barrys family were actually fine? With Wesker dying at the mansion and then rising again and disappearing, wouldn't the gunmen have attacked Barrys family because Wesker didn't contact them and call them off while in the mansion, considering he was going to kill all the S.T.A.R.S members, having the blood of one of the members family on Umbrellas hands would've raised suspicions considering they and the member would died on the same night but miles apart?

All good points, but I pushed the "believe" button long ago with this series, so nothing surprises me anymore. =)
