I was curious, is this the Operation Raccoon City model?  Edit: Also, have you forgotten to include a file? You include a pawn/pl folder, but there is nothing in the folder. When in game using Chris Stars costume, it looks like normal Chris stars as well. To clarify, I am using Chris Stars in the single player and it doesn't appear as Nemesis. Does this mod only work in Mercenaries, or am I doing something wrong? My install method is to copy the nativePC folder into the RE5 folder and overwrite the costume file. Edit 2: Your Mr. X mod seems to suffer the same issue. I'm super bummed because I was hoping to try these out today!

I personally check the files twice and everything is fine. I think that you had one mod installed previous to this one or you tried to swap it and it caused a problem. If not delete any extra folder in nativepc or just delete any file inside the pawn folder in nativepc folder. Or just follow the path in my mod and in your pc delete any arc similar to this-one and copy mine there. hope this helps.

Then it likely has something to do with being used in conjunction with the model swap trainer.
After me and my dad finish the game I'll try i by simply selecting the Chris Stars costume from the menu.
