Hello everyone, I want to modify some Majini villagers, there is many different ones, but when I import the .mod file (from uEm10), I come across this : imgur.com/6Fvt3V7It seems like they are all gathered together, I don't know how to separate them and edit them one by one. I would also like to know how to replace their head with another one (which is an .fbx file) or modify it manually. I use 3DS Max 2012.

I recommend that you try to learn at least the basics of the 3D software you're working on before trying to make a mod, separating/hiding meshes or navigating within the software is something you should already know before starting a project. If you cannot do this, you will not be able to replace the heads as it requires size and position adjustments and rigging stuff.
