Hi there, i'm new to this forum, so i don't know how to use it very well, i don't even know if i'm posting it in the right place, so pls forgive me .
EDIT!: To all my dummie folks that had the same problems as me: Always convert your textures to .DDS and with ALPHA CHANELS! The 2nd, 3rd and 4th problems happened to be solved by just editing the textures and checking the LightMapUV, that's why they were metallic (because my alpha chanel was white!)

1st PROBLEM::: First of all, i'm having a small problem with claire's mesh for pl1050 (head). First, I tried to use another model to create my character, but I had some problems with the rig, like mouth not opening and getting stuck etc. I decided to use claire's original mesh to sculpt, and it was working fine, but testing in game, her collarbone seems to bend (?) and that only happens if I stretch any little thing of her face or lips from the original model. The mouth works perfectly, eyes too. The problem is only in the collarbone... (just to clarify, i'm using the same spine ofc)

((ADDENDUM: I kind of "solved" the problem by increasing the torso a little bit so that it collided with the head. But still, depending on the angle you can see the division. It's just a gambiarra i made ; also, I fixed this problem AGAIN. It's just because I thought the witcher .fbx exporter add-on was installed, but it was NOT, which made me lost the spine_2 bone. Now, with spine bone, it's working fine!)

2nd PROBLEM::: MDF changes for WHAT REASON . The base version for claire's MDF is working fine with my textures (pl1000.mdf2), but when the game needs to change it, the second MDF (pl1000_01.mdf2 and pl1000_02.mdf2) for some reason can't read claire's jacket texture properly, even if i'm using the non dirty version (it seems like the jacket gets darker). I made some dirty and bloody versions for each phase of the game to put into those MDFs, and those versions work on the base MDF, but not on the subs.

->The second part of this problem is with claire's head MDF files, like 1050_01,02 and 03, because her head simply turns RED??? with my custom texture underneath. The original MDF is working fine too, i even created some dirt textures to add for ALBM face and bla bla bla, but she's just RED when using the other MDFs.

((ADDENDUM: It's fixed! When you're going to export the TEX file (in my case .34 because I'm using the RT version) you'll need to see what was the dimensions of the original TEX file you were using for the streaming TEX. For example, if the streaming TEX is 2048x2048, your texture shall be the same. Also, always use the equivalent streaming texture. If you're exporting a texture made especifically for skin, for example, use the skin equivalent of the original model as the streaming tex file while using noesis.))

3rd PROBLEM::: RAIN. Since my character is a bit tan, i needed to change roughness and metallic values in her base MDF file (pl1050.mdf2) to not make her glow. When she's with the wet mask, it's simply horrible, same with her jacket (never changed anything for her jacket material tho). Funny part is that her torso had been changed too, but no problem with the wet mask.

Finally, this is how she's supposed to look in game without those zamn bugs (I'm also going to try to change the rig of her feet... although they're working normally in game, in claire's pose it's weird...)
