Mods likely need an update for the latest version.

I thought that too, after the mods worked two days ago just fine on my laptop, after the update (couldn't start the game without update, after it started it by itself) nothing works... So I tried it at home on my PC, the game has no update there, but NO Mod works. If I change the model of Jill (2B for example), Jill vanishes. Only holsters and hair on the screen, complete body is gone, as on my laptop after the update...don't know what's wrong there Mods for Nemesis or Carlos etc. won't work either.

okay, I am absolutely confused now...I thought, that maybe the directory of the files are different, so I looked into the files and there where some differences in the folders. So I copied all files where they should belong, but nothing changes, no errors or bugs etc, game works fine...so i deleted the complete "natives" ordner in the Steam RE3 directory and the game still works perfectly fine? So where the hell does the textures come from, if the game directory is empty? From the re_chunk_000.pak-file in the main folder? I have absolutely no idea of modding etc., so I just tried this and that, maybe it's stupid, but hey, try&error

Capcom allowed us to go back to the previous version of the game. On Steam go to Library, right click on Properties, then go to BETAS and select dx11_non-rt... run the game and it'll download the old version again. Problem solved, we can have Jill running around topless with out precious mods!

I unistalled the game and will try to install it again tomorrow to see if that works. Unfortunately I think they'll be messed up forever I love RE3 but honestly the remake has little replay value to me at this point other than the mods, if I can't fix them probably I won't have a reason to keep playing the game Hope the mods work good for you though!

It's also worth making sure to have the mod manager re-read the game's archive so it reads the old version of the game. I did that for both 2 and 3 remakes, and everthing worked wonderfully.
