Converting stages over will take alot more than just the model & textures being ported over. There is also a collision file, it is not built into the models itself. There is also lightning files, enemy spawn files, trigger files, items files...etc.

Cannot read wp1200_BM.tex
The file is in the same folder like my converter

There is also lightning files, enemy spawn files, trigger files, items files...etc. wizard., thanks for the education of stage format. Maybe I shouldn't jump into stage conversion in a haste. Converting just the mod file may at best allow Noesis to display the stage model in PC.

RE5ModConvert.exe -tex wp1200_BM.tex Cannot read wp1200_BM.tex The file is in the same folder like my converter Checked my code. It either think that file does not exist or don;t have the permission to read it. Does this error happen on other tex files too? I only have DDS version of that texture so, can you upload wp1200_BM.tex and I will try convert it here.

If you only have the dds files for the ps3 arcs, is there a way to convert them into tex. Unless someone has the arc for Barry's Handgun (extracted and not extracted). I cannot convert DDS to tex. I don't know how to construct a .tex header for PC. I converted the PS3 tex header for PC. On a side note. I don;t see this converter will go far and don't plan to maintain it for long. It works for some characters but will fall apart (I think it already has) with some new DLC characters with feature that not present in PC.

You can always try chrrox's DDS to PC tex convertion BMS script. It work for some character textures but not all.
