At this current point in time. No, I could swap hunks body over Leon noir's but that just breaks the game for some reason.

And we cant do it the other way around since we can only mod DLC outfits right now.

you could try and find an NPC USS member and use his body instead of Hunks they're extremely similar.

Also his model wouldn't be directly compatible because models are in a different pose and formats are slightly different.
