Well this is a quick guide to navigate the ImagePack folder
00000009 00000071 Enemies
0d100000 0e333100 Cutscenes textures packs
01000000 01000021 Players
07000000 Holds important stuff, like specular (of water), explosion, fog, the film grain sfxs and most of the HUD
02000000 02000055 In-game weapons
22000000 22000097 Inventory items
23000011 29000001 End's Chapter Screens
30000001 39000001 Misc Menus Screens including Mercenaries result screens and inventory UI
3f0001a1 3f0029a1 Files and playing manual mixed together
3f0051a1 3f0055a1 Separate Ways Begin Chapter Screen
43000000 4300009f Examine Items
44000002 4400061f Stages
The games order the packs in this format 001-009 00a-00f then 010-019 01a-01f Also if you see packs of 6 files repeating the same textures, they are mostly language dependent, for example files ending in 01 corresponds to english and 00 corresponds to japanese
There you go, I know this list is by no means complete since the number of files are overwhelmingly big, but feel free to add better descriptions, additions or corrections...

Thanks, hopefully I will update the post with additional and more in-depth info, but for now I am fed up messing with the ImagePack folder...

Can anybody tell me where are Cutscene\inventory high res models and textures of weapons and characters stored? I want to replace in-game models with cut-scene models. Also, there are repetitive grenade, eggs and few other weapon textures within leon, ada and others folders. Does game actually uses these textures or it takes weapon textures elsewhere? 07000000 also hold HUD textures, i almost made hudless mod... almost, because there are very few textures that i cant find in 07000000 and that still appears on screen. QTE buttons are in this pack as well, also did totally immersive and hardcore mod, where you dont have any QTE buttons on screen (well, again almost. there are few textures i cant find ). Smoke and fog textures are in 07000000 as well, wanna see how i made more intensive fog?

Ingame weapons textures starts at: 02000000 until 02000055
Cutscenes textures packs starts at: 0d100000 until 0e333100

The repetitive textures used within the cutscenes section are used by the game only when the cutscene is rendered and the other weapons, ammo textures found on the Stage Section are used when in-game models of said item is rendered on the main world...think of it as a precache when the games loads a stage
The "Leon" HUD texture is 0302.dds inside 07000000 and tell me which other textures you are missing for your HUDless mod
And please Voodooman I am holding myself to play the game until I have your "No Film Grain" mod...

0236.dds is max health white strip and let me search the merc stuff (I don't like mercenaries so I never play this mode)...
