Can anyone please help me?? I'm stuck on 4-1 Gear Tower. I can't leave and it crashes on each exit door. Tried Uninstalling RE4. Tried downloading mod files over again. Even tried a new difficulty setting.

Guys, I followed the youtube guide of of OP but now I'm getting a 0xc0000142 error when I launch the bio4.exe. Any idea what I missed?

Could be other mods interfering. remove RE4 folder completely from steamapps --> common because uninstall through steam doesn't delete everything
Maybe you missed one step in the install video or did it wrong. Could be a windows problem, or a gpu driver update, or steam update

Got it. Will try it now. I checked it in MS as well. Kinda weird that it is telling me that files were missing. I will keep an update for this

Hey, Luis! This mod looks amazing and I can't wait to play it! I don't know if you still visit this forum but just wanted to bring to your attention that installing the Ultra Hard difficulty on a completely clean install of RE4 following the instructions on your video completely breaks the game and it won't load. I installed Very Hard the same way and it works just fine so I'm not too sure what is going on.

2 years ago I played this mod with hd project and it worked fine for me, now after a clean installation, the wooden and ammunition boxes are white and in chapter 2 (r10d) in the cave where there is the merchant who can be reached by boat you can't because it brings you back, I don't know if it's the fault of the new version of hd project

This mod is broken for windows 11, hasn't been updated in years. It crashes all the time. Don't bother
