Hey man, .bin files are supposed to be .tga files, change this and you'll be able to rapack propertlly, without startup crash. and if you unpack your file again extensions will go back to bin.

so, it's ok.

Delete the .LFS version and replace it with the .pack one.

After that you are ready to play the game.
