When installing a big mod I accidentally installed it over the one backup I had and didn't actually install it.
Can someone please provide me the entire nativePC_MT folder.

Sup man....I think you might have to reinstall the game if you want a new clean nativepc folder. Keep in mind that this folder has a lot of stuff so it's very likely nobody will have that ready to give to you considering the size for the upload.
Once you have the game reinstalled.....consider using Fluffy Manager 5000 (before installing any new mods to the reinstalled game) to make installing and uninstalling mods a lot easier. You don't even have to make a backup if you use Fluffy Manager since uninstalling all mods will return everything to default and will remove any files from a mod installed using the manager.....out of the games' folders
(I hope it wasn't the Boss Wesker mod you mentioned.....)

Just check the integrity of the cache in Steam and he automatically downloads and replaces everything (what you change) with the original files.
