I think it is possible to reproduce the R3.5 rooms with the RE4 engine yet the modder "ShiguWorks" managed to reproduce the 3.5 rooms so, why would Mr. Curious him be unable to do it? He said he wont share those xD its his personal work so im not sure he want to share any of those models :DDD

He's not asking for shigus rooms, or the 3.5 rooms from the demo. He said can he reproduce them, as in re-create them? not copy from other pieces of work

Can't believe I haven't noticed this thread until now, looking good dude. So are you going to release this or are you going to withhold it from fans like infernal did?
I have to say I was disappointed Infernal was so firm in not releasing his remake work to his fans, have no clue exactly why he refused to do so despite releasing all his previous works before but he kept giving the reason that he did not want to get in trouble with Capcom for copyright for his fangame which I kept explaining to him would not happen because it was a MOD and NOT a fangame and Capcom has never come after mods for their games, also explained that in the VERY unlikely chance they did come after he all he would have to do is take down the links which at that point would create a AM2R situation where the links are already out there and his work can still spread without him being involved or on the hook anymore. I just think he had his own personal reasons for not releasing his work which is fine, I just wished he would have been upfront with it. But enough of my blabbing on, here's hoping you don't do this to us dude lol, if you need any of the zombies or classic BOWs from the remake I have pretty much all of them from the remake, namely within my Classic RE Style mod for the 2007 port, but I'm pretty sure since you already have these assets you must have the enemies as well, good luck.

Hey man, thanks for your interest. I thought maybe all of this was falling of deaf ears and wondered if it was all worth the months of work that is has already taken. As for your concerns.. I remember reading that thread where you guys talked about this. It was most unfortunate that Infernal never released that mod.. I wasnt happy to read some of the comments from members who told him he wasnt allowed to uplaod his DLL... He must have spent a very long time making his fan game, and im sure it sucked for him not to release it.. I spoke with him directly on the issue recently to get some insight. Im not sure what was the straw that broke the camel's back but there were numerous issues he had that prevented his release, one of which was a fear of legal reprisal. I for one am not concerned about copyright issues or legal action. I am not selling this or profiting from it in any way. Besides, this is RE4UHD. You have to buy this game to play my mod (as it will require Razor's Companion DLL which in turn requires a legit copy of the game). If anything it will make people with pirated copies want to purchase a legit copy if they want to play a fan game like this. Personally speaking, I think Capcom would be stupid to not get heir fans remixing their work.. this is the day and age where people want to be more involved in their content in one way or another, so allowing fan based games on their engines would actually help generate more interest in their products.. ok my rant is over haha. if you need any of the zombies or classic BOWs from the remake I have pretty much all of them from the remake, namely within my Classic RE Style mod for the 2007 port?

I just asked Son of Persia to make me a tool to convert Umbrella Chronicle skeletons to RE4UHD as it would save me time.. not sure if he has time to do this though.. As you can see I already made CHris and the dogs, but I would love to get some rigged versions of al the enemies (I have PSK versions that are rigged with the UC bones, but if i convert to SMD the bones are still all named weird.. they need to be named properly for RE4UHD).. Cheers

You caught be by surprise lol, you don't know what BOWs mean within the Resident Evil series?
Its a common and more technical term to refer to all the enemies within the series, its used A LOT within the games storyline, it stands for "Bio Organic Weapon", I mostly use it when referring to any enemy that isn't a zombie such as Tyrants, Hunters, Lickers etc.
But yes I have all of them already rigged for the 2007 version, here is the original topic, That topic also has a list of mods used and credits as well.
I've pretty much replaced all of the enemies within the game with classic enemies such as all the zombies from remake, crimson heads from remake, Tyrants, Lickers, Hunters etc, I can compile all of those from the xfile for you and send you the link .

ok thank you man, this saves me tones of work I thought I was going to have to do. If these models are rigged for the 2007 version I should simply be able to convert them to UHD using Son of Persia's Skeleton changer tools.
PS - I didnt know about the BOW's thing. I really only got into modding a year ago or so and only played RE4 UHD so I dont know much about all the stories from the previous games, but I have been watching lots of videos and getting to know it all after teh fact. haha.

Ok that explains it lol. I thought it weird since most Resident Evil fans know the term but since you strictly into the series for modding RE4 UHD I understand, I'm the same way when it comes to the Halo series, I've pretty much played every Halo game since Halo 2 but I ONLY play them for online play and have never bothered with the storymode, even though I'm very good and put a lot of time into those games if someone was to ask me a question regarding important story elements I would have no clue.
Well anyways glad to help, can't wait to someday get to play this, I think those classic enemies I sent will work very well alongside this mod.

oh man, i just remembered how much work this is.. YIKES! The cool part: with Raz0r's new DLL (or trainer cant remember which has the new feature) we can use enemy files from different stages in the same room (for example we can now have Zealots and Ganado's spawned in the same room). This is a MAJOR fix because of the way the Capcom devs organized the enemy files in the UHD port: from the Master Modder LegalSoul : "Unlike the old 2007 port, enemies in UHD are stored in location packs (UDAS files). This means that there are many enemies packs through the whole game (for example em15.udas can contain ganado 1-st type, ganado 2-nd type, ganado 3-rd type, chainsaw ganado, chainsaw model, hands, ganado weapons, and other ganado related models, and this em15.udas is used in main village location, and then em12.udas contains THE SAME FILES but without the chanisaw guy, and this pack is used in the first location).
And for example if you want to replace all enemies around the main story & Separate ways you will need to replace all those pack files, with repeating enemy models inside of them. Even Mercs models of the same stage are stored in different files for every character. It's an awful clusterfuck. I had to go through that in my recent mod (his Devil may Cry mod)".
Now that @raz0r has made making using different enemy pack possible, there is no need to repeat. We can use the same EM15 pack over and over for all village stages (or any stage for that matter). This frees up MANY repeating enemy packs and will allow for a much more diverse set of enemies now because there are essentially 'free slots' of enemy packs that dont need to have the same enemies in them anymore. Imagine not seeing the same enemy while fighting a whole crowd of zombies! much more realisitc! With all the models you have provided ToCool74 I could actually have dozens of different looking enemies appearing all in the same room. That being said there is a shitload of work to do. All the models for the hats, glasses and other removable models must be replaced with blank BIN files. Also, there is a terrible task of coordinating hand textures. I know how to do all of this but alongside doing all the stage modding this is going to take an eternity =(
